Food
Rolanberry Tart - Glazed rolanberries piled high in a flaky shortcrust pastry.
Rolanberry Shortcake - Two layers of fluffy vanilla sponge, filled and decorated with macerated rolanberries and whipped cream. A Starlight favorite!
Chocolate Torte - Layers of dense, rich fudge cake, with a chocolate ganache filling.
Delina’s Orange Trifle - Layers of orange, cream, and ladyfingers, with a chocolate drizzle on top. Featuring oranges from the Rabntah family orchard in La Noscea!
Macarons - Vanilla, orange blossom, pistachio, lemon, or rose
Cookie assortment - Butter cookies of various flavors and styles. Boxed sets make for great gifts!
Drinks
Black tea - High-quality blends that meet the approval of our in-house Tea Snob, Nhe’a. Varieties available are Thavnairian (fruity, floral), Doman (smoky, spicy), and Chai (spice tea, brewed in milk).
Green tea - A lighter, non-caffeinated option. Choose from Thanalan (mild, sweet, brewed with spices), Shroud (strong, refreshing, bitter), or Coerthan (mild, minty) varieties.
Coffee - Locally-sourced beans, for all your hot bean juice needs! Available in dark or blonde roasts.
Karkadeh - A near-eastern hibiscus tea put here at the insistence of one Katla Amani. Tart, fruity flavors, served with mint leaves and a squeeze of lemon juice. Try it with honey! Available hot or iced.
